EuskoSare offers you the opportunity to communicate with basques from all around the world by visiting the chat rooms that the online project has added to its website.

http://www.euskosare.org/txat is a new service that has been launched to promote relationships between basque people all over the world. If you want to take part in this entertaining chat, you only need to register with Euskosare, which is free of charge and provides many advantageous services to its users.
There are several chat rooms that are already up and running and others that are still to come. EuskoSare invites all of you to take part in the following chat rooms, which have already been launched: Argentina, Uruguai, EuskoSare (general chat room), Mintzabidea (ideal for those who want to practice basic basque) and Mintzalagunak (for those who want to practice basque at a more advanced level).
This new tool that EuskoSare has created has given way to a very rich interaction between people in Argentina, Uruguay, United States, Basque Country and, generally, around the world.

2. I am fascinated with both the ancient history as well as it's modern counterpart of Euskara. As in, is there any difference between the Basque
culture in France and that in Iberia ?
In the U.S. we seem to have so little information, That is not clouded over by the Spanish media, Is there someone out there who could possibly asnswer my questions ? if so, I will come back to this commentary and give them my e-mail address.
